About Me

My name is Laura Bernann, and I’ve spent the past 26 years as an elementary school educator. For the last 18 years, I’ve also been on another path—one rooted in curiosity, growth, and inner transformation. While serving as a school librarian, my own personal library quietly filled with the words of Wayne Dyer, Eckhart Tolle, Sydney Banks, and my mentor, Dr. Amy Johnson.

In 2021, I joined the Little School of Big Change, where I deepened my understanding of this transformative perspective. I recently became a certified Change Coach, and I’m honored to support others on their journey.

Over time, I’ve come to see that there’s a different way to move through life—one that isn’t ruled by stress, struggle, or self-pressure. There is a quieter, more peaceful experience available to all of us, and it begins with awareness of the present moment.

My Approach

My coaching invites clients to slow down, shift perspective, and reconnect with the peace, wisdom, and resilience that already exist within them.
