About Me

My name is Laura Bernann, and I’ve spent the past 27 years as an elementary school educator. For the last 18 years, I’ve also been on another path—one rooted in curiosity, growth, and inner transformation. Some teachers that have made a signifcant impact on my life are Eckhart Tolle, Dr. John Sarno, Abraham Hicks, Sydney Banks, Dr. Amy Johnson, and Nicole Sachs.

In 2021, I joined the Little School of Big Change, where I deepened my understanding of this transformative perspective and became a certified Change Coach.

It has been my experience that if people slow down and reconnect with the peace, wisdom, and resilience that already exists within them, things can shift in a positive way. I am also a Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) practitioner. My recent training with the "Sarno and Sachs Solution" program deepened my understanding of the mind body connection. I am thrilled to offer this type of support to anyone who is struggling with chronic pain symptoms.

I also have created a program called, Familiar Face, Safe Space. This is a practice to support children, teens, and families navigating anxiety, stress, chronic symptoms, and emotional overwhelm through a compassionate mind-body approach. Using tools such as "Journal Speak" and nervous system awareness I help families explore the connection between physical symptoms in an age-appropriate and empowering way.
